The Haven Hub is a suicide prevention group based in Limerick City. As Darragh Did is supporting this organisation by helping them establish a ‘young men’s shed’ where young men would have an opportunity to come together to support each other in activities that do not involve alcohol or a party atmosphere. The men’s shed concept works well for men, but their typical activities do not attract a lot of younger males. We are hopeful this project will provide much-needed support to a younger cohort.
